Mt. Hood with Khenpo and the Sangha, October 2009
This was immediately after I completed my volunteer job as retreat director for the three-month Dzogchen Lineage Internship and right before I began my teaching journey across North America. A week later I was in Las Vegas where I offered teachings for three months.
Passage to Zzyzx, January 2010
Right after completing three months of teachings in Las Vegas, I headed out on the road with my Honda Element and cargo trailer. These are all scenery shots taken during my road trip to Encinitas to begin the Southern California leg of the tour.
Diamond Sutra, January 2010
This is an old Tibetan pecha of the Diamond Sutra that they keep at The Dharma Bum Temple. Jeff Zlotnik, the founder, got it out to show me.
Jade Buddha, February 2010
I made a pilgrimage to the Jade Buddha for Universal Peace which happened to be briefly on display in Escondito just as I was driving by on my tour. I was moved to tears as I approached it. You can really feel the amazing love and compassion of all the countless causes and conditions that gave rise to it. It's already imbued with great blessing energy. I experienced this very powerfully. This leg of my tour included stops in Boulder City, Encinitas, Rosarito (Mexico), Los Angeles, Malibu, Orange, San Diego, and Las Vegas. Las Vegas is the next gallery, but may I post some shots from some of those other beautiful places soon.

Vivian & Bill's Wedding, February 19, 2010
The amazing Buddhist wedding of Vivian and Bill in Pittsburgh, married by Dzogchen Khenpo Choga Rinpoche. This was the first stop of the East Coast leg of my teaching tour. I taught in Pittsburgh, Olean, Buffalo, Toronto, Richmond Hill, Rochester, Honeoye Falls, Manhattan and New Caanan.
Red Rock Canyon, March 29, 2010
Mike took me out to Red Rock Canyon to show me Dakini Cave just before I left on the third leg of my tour. It was awe inspiring. Can't wait to go back.
